Frequently Asked Questions
What makes a Nola Watkins Christmas ornament different?
Every ornament is hand-painted by a real artist rather than printed or mass-produced, then finished with any personalization you request. That hands-on process is what turns a simple ceramic piece into a keepsake worth hanging year after year.
Can I personalize an ornament with a name or date?
Yes — many designs in this collection, including our Custom Ornament and Classic Collection styles, support names, dates, or short messages. Check the individual product page for exactly what each design allows.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Because each ornament is hand-painted and, in many cases, personalized to order, please allow 1-2 business days for production before it ships. We'll email tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Are these ornaments sturdy enough to use every Christmas?
Yes. These are ceramic keepsakes meant to come out of storage every holiday season, not a one-year decoration.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for retailers?
Yes — please contact us directly for wholesale pricing, or visit our Wholesale Ornaments page to learn more about carrying Nola Watkins ornaments in your store.
What if I'm not happy with how my ornament turns out?
Reach out to us we stand behind every piece we paint and want your ornament to be something you're proud to hang.
I purchased an appropriate Christmas ornament for my three sons and their families each year. I was so excited to see the 250-year USA celebration ornament on the NW website. When they arrived I was delighted that I had actually ordered one for my husband and I at the same time! The colors are very bold and bright. I know I now have a special ornament gift for my family members!
