The shipping was quick to arrive and the product is wonderful. I bought one for myself and some for others. Your artwork was perfect for a way to remember Dolly. She would be proud.

Easy to shop and I love the product

I purchased an appropriate Christmas ornament for my three sons and their families each year. I was so excited to see the 250-year USA celebration ornament on the NW website. When they arrived I was delighted that I had actually ordered one for my husband and I at the same time! The colors are very bold and bright. I know I now have a special ornament gift for my family members!

I was looking for something to match what I had purchase in a cute shop while on vacation and I reached out via email to see how to make this custom order work. Jesse called me and we were able to make my custom order complete. He even followed up with me to see that I was able to place my order correctly. My custom ornament was beautiful and exactly like the others I purchase. The craftsmanship of the hand painted ornaments as well as the top notch customer service is what will turn me into a repeat customer!
